Role Description The Admission Counsellor role at Technula-Gaj is a full-time, in office position based in Faridabad.

The Admission

Counsellor will guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and providing information on enrollment procedures and requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions (in-person and via phone or online), maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, and following up with applicants to ensure timely completion of documentation.



The role also involves coordinating with academic and operations teams, participating in outreach activities, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the student experience and increase admissions.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and families.
- Customer service and relationship management abilities, including handling inquiries, providing guidance, and managing expectations professionally.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
- Basic computer proficiency, including working with CRM or admissions software, spreadsheets, email, and online meeting tools.
- Sales or counselling experience in education, training, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge or interest in technology, STEM education, AI, and coding programs is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counselling, or business is preferred.
