Key Responsibilities:
- Student counseling and admission guidance
- Lead management and regular follow-ups
- 100+ outbound calls daily
- Admission conversion and target achievement
- CRM and student relationship management
Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in Admissions, EdTech, Counseling or Tele-sales preferred
- Target-oriented and confident
- Immediate joiners preferred
