- Conduct inspection training programs and QA/QC certify trainees based on defined quality standards and assessment criteria in studded and Plain products.
- Deliver Diamond Grading training programs for recent entrants and existing employees to enhance quality awareness, grading skills, and product knowledge.
- Conduct theoretical and practical assessments and certify trainees based on defined competency levels and assessment criteria.
- Handle all administration - Entry formalities of new trainees, IR issues of women, Anchor training reviews, mentoring, Escalate deviations in training.
- Monitor trainee progress and maintain certification records to ensure deployment of skilled and certified associates into manufacturing operations.
- Recruitment of Trainees and onboarding them as per overall requirement aligning to business need
- Develop Dashboards to trigger daily progress related to every training that happens at CBC
- Anchor Monthly review (KPI) meeting on achievements and way forward with all team members
- Coordinate procurement, inventory management,
and timely availability of training consumables, gemstones, and materials required for training programs.

Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Quality, Training or Jewellery Manufacturing,
- GIA certification in Diamond Grading, Colored Stones, or Gemology will be preferred
Relevant Experience 6+ years of experience in Training, Quality, Manufacturing
