About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director – Graphic Design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising, brand communication, digital and social media, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual work.

What we are looking out at-

- 8+ years of experience in graphic design, advertising, branding or a creative agency
- Strong conceptual and visual thinking
- Excellent understanding of advertising and brand communication
- Strong experience working across digital, social media and integrated campaigns
- Robust command over typography, layout, composition, colour and visual storytelling
- Ability to develop creative ideas from brief to execution
- Experience working across multiple brands and categories
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, digital creatives, branding and visual communication
- Ability to lead, mentor and collaborate with designers and creative teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple briefs
- Prior experience in an advertising/creative agency is preferred
