The company is launching SOMARA, a contemporary World Cuisine restrobar in Lucknow, with plans to expand its hospitality operations and brands in the future.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the company's accounting operations, financial controls and reporting across corporate and hospitality activities.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of Goldstone Hospitality Private Limited.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record and verify sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
- Manage daily restaurant sales reconciliation from POS, cash, UPI, cards and other payment modes.
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateway settlements.
- Monitor daily cash collections and cash deposits.
- Verify restaurant bills, discounts, complimentary bills, voids, refunds and cancellations.
- Coordinate with the General Manager and outlet management for daily revenue reconciliation.
- Manage vendor invoices, purchase bills and payment schedules.
- Verify purchase invoices against purchase orders, goods received and approved rates.
- Maintain vendor ledgers and conduct regular vendor reconciliations.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with HR.
- Monitor employee advances, reimbursements and other staff-related financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Monitor operating expenses against approved budgets.
- Analyse food and beverage costs and identify major cost variances.




- Coordinate with the Store/Purchase team for inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock movement and investigate significant inventory variances.
- Conduct regular checks on food, beverage and liquor inventory records.
- Monitor wastage, breakage, complimentary consumption and other cost-control areas.
- Ensure proper accounting of fixed assets, equipment and capital expenditure.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants, auditors, tax consultants and statutory authorities.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliance and filings.
- Ensure timely submission of required financial information to consultants and management.
- Develop and maintain internal financial-control procedures.
- Identify potential financial leakages, discrepancies and control weaknesses.
- Prepare financial MIS and reports for senior management.
- Provide financial insights to management for business and operational decisions.

Hospitality Finance & Controls The Accounts Manager will be responsible for monitoring:

Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, restrobars, hospitality groups or F&B; companies preferred.
- Strong experience in restaurant accounting and financial controls.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS and applicable statutory requirements.
- Experience with POS reconciliation and multiple payment modes.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and cost-control processes.
- Experience handling vendor reconciliation and payment cycles.
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with Tally, ERP or accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify financial discrepancies and potential leakages.
- CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an operationally strong Accounts Manager who understands that hospitality accounting is not limited to maintaining books.

The candidate must be capable of identifying where money is being earned, spent or potentially lost across the restaurant operation.

Robust understanding of POS, inventory, food & beverage costing, vendor management and daily revenue reconciliation will be highly valued.
