We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing statutory compliance, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial reports, and supporting management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Prepare invoices, payment entries, receipts and expense records.

- Monitor cash flow, collections and outstanding payments.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

- Manage bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other financial institutions.

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other applicable statutory compliances.

- Support preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.





- Monitor project-wise expenses and profitability.

- Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.

- Support year-end closing and statutory audit activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Mcom. Inter CA with 10 to 15 years Accounts Audit Tax experience in Manufacturing sector. Company offering Good growth opportunity

- Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software and MS Excel..
