Objective of the role : The purpose of this role is to oversee finalization of accounts and participate in tax planning & corporate structure

Roles & Responsibilities:

To lead both accounts operation and finalization of accounts To deal with statutory/ internal/ cost auditor To encourage continuous Improvement, effectiveness and efficiency of system and process To have a continuous thought on cost cutting, cost control and efficiency with an intention to deliver with substantial returns To monitor authorization bills and payments to contractors/vendors/customers on a timely basis with all deductions of statutory liabilities, on time To lead a team (qualified and non-qualified),comprising both accounts payable and finalization

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in accounting or auditing with a focus on real estate industry.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Experience preparing complex financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliations and footnote disclosures.
