Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Fresher to support our accounting, taxation, compliance and finance operations in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Chennai – Ambattur

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

- CA Intermediate (CA Inter)
- CA Finalist / CA Final – pursuing
- CA pursuing candidates
- CA Articleship completed
- Candidates with relevant CA Articleship experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Assist with purchase, sales and expense entries
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
- Assist in invoicing, receivables and accounts payable
- Support GST and TDS-related activities
- Assist with bank reconciliation and payment processing
- Support MIS preparation and financial reports
- Assist with inventory and stock-related accounting
- Support manufacturing-related costing and accounting activities
- Assist during statutory, internal and tax audits
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Support PF, ESI and PT-related accounting activities
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounts-related requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED





- Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax
- Knowledge of journal entries, ledgers and reconciliation
- Basic understanding of inventory and manufacturing accounts
- Knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP software preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic MIS
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

- MBA – Finance candidates can also apply
- CA Inter – Preferred
- CA Articleship / Accounts Internship – Added Advantage
