Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Specialist to manage daily accounting activities, taxation, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting entries and transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Perform bank and vendor reconciliations.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documents.
- Assist with audits, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate for collections.
- Support payroll and vendor payment activities when required.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
