Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable, purchase and sales entries.

- Prepare bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.

- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance and documentation.

- Manage vendor/customer accounts and follow up for outstanding payments.

- Assist in monthly closing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

- Verify bills, invoices, debit/credit notes and supporting documents.

- Maintain proper records of company financial documents.

- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers and internal departments.

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting transactions.

- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.

- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and accounting principles.

- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
