Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Accountant / Cashier to manage day-to-day project accounting, cash handling, expenses, vendor bills, and financial coordination with the Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day project accounts and financial records.
- Handle cash transactions, petty cash, and cashbook maintenance.
- Record and monitor project-related expenses.
- Verify and process vendor bills, invoices, and payment documents.
- Maintain proper documentation of receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding bills.
- Coordinate regularly with the Head Office (HO) for accounts, payments, and financial reporting.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly expense statements and reports.
- Reconcile cash balances and maintain supporting documents.




- Assist in bank reconciliation and other accounting activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Support the project team with financial and administrative requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, project accounting, or cashier operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Positive cash-handling and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work from a solar project site/office in Rajasthan.
- Candidates with experience in solar, EPC, construction, or project-based organizations will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate A responsible and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage project-level accounting, cash transactions, vendor coordination, and regular reporting to the Head Office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
