URGENT HIRING – ACCOUNTANT

We are urgently looking for an experienced Accountant for a reputed organization based in Ludhiana.

Job Details

- Position: Accountant
- Experience: 3–4 Years
- Location: The Mall Road, Ludhiana
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, books of accounts, and day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Handle bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation.
- Manage accounting operations using Tally.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, and timely statutory filings.
- Manage bank reconciliation statements and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, bills, and financial records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations,



and statutory requirements.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Hands-on experience in Tally, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and balance sheet preparation.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation procedures.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage financial records accurately.
