Job Title:
Accountant (Tally & GST Expert)
Job Summary:
PV Corporate Consultancy is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant (Male / Female) to join our client's team in C.B. Gunj, Bareilly. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally software, GST compliance, daily accounting entries, and financial documentation. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Ledger & Accounting: Perform day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments in Tally.
- GST & Compliance Work: Handle GST billing, basic GST calculations, invoice processing, and assist in GST return preparation/filing support.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and manage cash/bank flow records.
- Ledger & Account Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date ledgers, verify vendor/customer accounts, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper physical and digital archives of invoices, payment vouchers, tax files, and accounts-related documents.
- Reporting & MS Excel:
Prepare basic daily/weekly financial reports using MS Excel and coordinate with senior management as needed.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree / Graduate (B.Com / Any Graduate).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Tally and GST accounting.
- Software Skills: Expertise in Tally Prime / Tally.ERP 9 and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Core Competencies: Valuable knowledge of GST, invoices, tally data entry, ledger reconciliation, and tax documentation.

Job Details & Compensation:
- Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000/- per month (depending on experience & skills)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
