Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Coimbatore South. The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, supporting tax computations and filings, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with audits, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address accounting queries.



The Accountant will work closely with senior finance professionals to support process improvements and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting knowledge, including ledger management, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Familiarity with tax rules, statutory compliances, and basic corporate taxation and GST concepts.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, spreadsheet applications).
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills to interpret financial data.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore South, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounting, tax, or compliance role within a corporate or consulting workplace is preferred.
