About The Role

As an Accountant at LEOR, you will own the books for both centres and keep the numbers clean, current and compliant. You will close the month on time, keep every statutory filing in order, and give the management team figures they can act on without second-guessing them.

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Pune (covering Koregaon Park and Aundh)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and Reconciliation

- Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally for the entity, covering both centres.
- Reconcile daily collections from the clinic software against bank, card and payment gateway settlements.
- Record and verify purchases, vendor bills, petty cash and employee reimbursements.

2. Statutory Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns on time and reconcile input tax credit against 2A and 2B.
- Handle TDS deduction, payment and quarterly returns, along with PF, ESIC and skilled tax.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory audit, annual closing and income tax filings.

3. Payables, Receivables and Payroll





- Process vendor payments on schedule and maintain a clean ageing.
- Track outstanding client payments and package dues with the centre teams.
- Prepare monthly payroll including incentives, and ensure accurate and timely disbursal.

4. Reporting and Controls

- Publish the monthly P&L; and centre-wise revenue and expense reports within the closing calendar.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and reconcile consumables and inventory with the centres.
- Flag variances, leakages and process gaps, and follow them through to correction.

Qualifications

- B.Com or M.Com from a recognised institution. CA Inter or CMA Inter is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a multi-location retail, healthcare or clinic environment.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Tally and advanced Excel.
- Practical command of GST, TDS and payroll statutory compliance.
- Ability to reconcile clinic or POS software data against the books.
- Accuracy, discretion with confidential information, and the discipline to close on time every month.
