Role Description The Accountant role at Go4Explore is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The person in this role will handle daily bookkeeping, record financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate ledgers.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking trip-related expenses, and assisting with payroll processing. The Accountant will support monthly and annual closing activities, generate financial reports, and help ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.



This role works closely with operations and management teams to provide timely financial insights that support business decisions and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking in a small or medium-sized business environment.
- Understanding of Indian taxation, GST, and basic regulatory compliance relevant to a travel or service-based business.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and support month-end and year-end closing.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work with structured processes and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA Inter, CMA, etc.) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or a similar service industry is beneficial, along with an interest in travel and community-focused work.
