Role Description The Accountant Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining ledgers, processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.

The Accountant

Executive will prepare financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting activities, assist with tax compliance, and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant accounting standards.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, responding to financial queries, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in financial accounting, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and basic forecasting.
- Experience with accounting software and good knowledge of MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Understanding of taxation, compliance requirements, and relevant accounting standards.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in a technology or industrial services company.
