Knowledge of billing, invoicing and payment entries

Good command of MS Excel and basic accounting practices

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and cashier-related activities of the jewellery showroom.

Handle cash, card, UPI and other payment transactions accurately.

Prepare and maintain daily sales, purchase, cash and expense records.

Operate and maintain records using Ornate Jewellery Software.

Ensure proper stock matching and reconciliation on a regular basis.

Verify jewellery stock, sales entries and inventory records to identify discrepancies.

Coordinate with the sales and showroom team for smooth day-to-day operations.





Handle and supervise the team as required and ensure proper work coordination.

Maintain accurate records of customer payments, invoices and outstanding amounts.

Assist in monthly and daily accounts reconciliation and reporting.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and stock-related information.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a jewellery showroom, with strong practical knowledge of Ornate Software, accounting, cash handling, stock reconciliation and team management. The candidate should be responsible, trustworthy, detail-oriented and capable of handling jewellery showroom accounts and cash-related operations independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
