Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including maintaining general ledgers, preparing journal entries, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing. The role involves preparing financial statements and management reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal controls, and tax regulations.



The Accountant will collaborate with project and operations teams to track project costs, monitor cash flow, and provide accurate financial data for decision-making.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of core accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes, invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and analyze financial data for reporting and decision support.
- Understanding of Indian taxation, statutory compliance, and internal control frameworks relevant to corporate and project-based environments.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance, project, and leadership teams in a fast-paced AEC/BIM setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in construction, engineering, or technology-driven project organizations is preferred but not mandatory.
