About Us

Mauli Shah & Company is an established CA firm with over two and a half decades of experience in taxation and financial services.

The practice was initially established and led by the founder, Mr. Amit Shah, as a taxation consultancy, with a focus on direct and indirect taxes, accounting and related advisory services. Over the years, the practice has built long-standing relationships with clients through professional service, reliability and personalised guidance.

The practice has now evolved into a Chartered Accountancy firm, led by the next generation, while continuing to carry forward the experience, values and client relationships built over the past 25 years.

Our areas of work include Income Tax, GST, taxation advisory and consultation, bookkeeping, accounting and related compliance services.

About the Role

We are looking for a trustworthy, sincere and efficient Accountant to join our team on a long-term basis.

The candidate will initially be responsible for routine accounting and compliance work and, with proper guidance and experience, will gradually be entrusted with more advanced and complex assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Recording and maintaining day-to-day accounting entries
- Maintaining books of accounts and assisting with bookkeeping-related work




- Preparing and filing basic Income Tax Returns (ITRs) under supervision
- Preparing and filing basic GST Returns (GSTRs) under supervision
- Assisting in GST and Income Tax compliance work
- Supporting the team in preparing client-related data, GST and bank reconciliations and other related documents
- Gradually taking up more complicated taxation and accounting assignments as proficiency develops
- Maintaining proper records and ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned work
- Coordinating with senior team members and following instructions carefully
- Handling client information and financial records with strict confidentiality
