Petpooja is looking for a Team Lead – Accounts to lead end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and month-end/quarter-end closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AP, AR, General Ledger and account reconciliations.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS and reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, statutory and tax compliances.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Drive accounting automation and AI adoption initiatives.
- Improve accounting processes, SOPs and internal controls.
- Lead, mentor and manage the Accounts team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and management.
Required Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts, Financial Reporting & Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, AP/AR, GL and financial closures.
- Experience with audits, GST and TDS.
- Positive knowledge of ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Exposure to AI/automation in finance will be an added advantage.
