Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for managing relationships with banking and corporate clients and coordinating legal service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their legal and financial requirements, and liaising with internal legal teams to ensure timely case updates and documentation. The role involves tracking ongoing matters, preparing basic reports, following up on outstanding information, and ensuring that client queries are handled promptly and professionally.

The Account

Manager will assist in scheduling meetings, organizing case files, supporting billing and collections activities,



and contributing to the continuous improvement of client service processes. This position requires close collaboration with lawyers, operations staff, and external stakeholders to uphold high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and account management skills, including the ability to build trust, maintain long-term engagements, and address client concerns effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and interact confidently with banking and corporate stakeholders.
- Organizational and coordination skills, including experience managing multiple cases or projects, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of banking operations, financial products, or legal processes related to loans, recoveries, and compliance (experience in a legal or financial services environment is an advantage).
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or case management systems to track client interactions, documentation, and billing.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik, collaborate in a team-oriented setting, and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, law, or a related field; prior experience in account management, client servicing, or operations support is preferred.
