The company specializes in premium cakes, brownies, and custom dessert creations for everyday indulgence and special occasions. Bronies Delights also serves as a community hub, hosting events and workshops that bring people together around shared food experiences.

Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing and growing key customer and business accounts for Bronies Foods Company. This role includes maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and partner outlets, while identifying new business opportunities and negotiating agreements.

The Account

Executive will coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate order fulfillment, and consistent product quality. Daily tasks involve tracking sales performance, preparing reports, responding to client inquiries, and supporting marketing initiatives and promotions.



The role also requires regular on-site visits and engagement with local partners to strengthen brand presence and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid communication and presentation abilities, with clear, professional verbal and written skills.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and follow-ups effectively.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting, documentation, and sales tracking.
- Experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai, including occasional evenings or weekends for events or key client needs.
