Job Role:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for counselling prospective students and parents through telecalling and driving admissions for BTech and BBA programs. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, making regular follow-up calls, understanding student requirements, explaining programs, fees, eligibility and career opportunities,



addressing objections, and converting enquiries into applications and enrolments. The counsellor will maintain accurate lead records, coordinate with the admissions team, and work towards achieving daily and monthly admission targets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2C sales, telecalling, education counselling, admissions, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with solid follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
