Programs are in a blended format that includes online self-learning followed by practical training at associated hospitals.

Work Profile:

- Acting as a single point of contact for enrolled students, handling their queries and providing them the resolution within a stipulated time.
- Working on student engagement, being in regular contact with the students, motivating them, and encouraging them to complete the program.
- Handling student orientation, briefing recent students about the program journey, deliverables, processes, and making them familiar with the program outline.
- Creating a positive impact of organization with the students by regular interaction, taking feedback from them,



suggesting necessary alterations to the concerned department for enhancing the student learning experience.
- Collecting the testimonials (video and written) of the students about their experience, journey, and key takeaways.
- Working closely with associate partners and taking care of end-to-end operations related to them.
- Examination calendar preparation of all students.
- LMS content management
- Students testimonials through videos and written related to program and support.

Key Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and people management skills.
- Should be a positive thinker, motivated team player with the right attitude.
- Prior experience of 4+ years into education, worked around student management, academic operations, and similar.
- Graduation in any stream. Post-graduation would be an advantage.
