We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide prospective students, understand their educational requirements, and help them choose the right program.Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
Understand students career goals, educational background, and requirements.
Counsel students regarding suitable Online UG/PG & MBA programs.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, university options, and admission process.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into successful admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM/sales sheet.
Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with students throughout the admission journey.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, payments, and enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
? What We’re Looking For
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
Comfortable working with sales/admission targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Candidates with experience in education sales, admission counselling, inside sales, telecalling, or EdTech will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and a sales-oriented mindset can also apply.
