Curriculum and Planning

- Split the syllabus: Divide annual subject syllabi into clear monthly and weekly plans.
- Review lesson plans: Check teachers' weekly lesson plans and daily schedules.
- Set standards: Ensure grade-level learning goals match educational board guidelines.

Teacher Supervision and Mentorship
- Observe classes: Visit primary classrooms regularly to watch teaching styles and offer helpful feedback.
- Mentor recent staff: Guide new teachers on classroom management, school routines, and primary teaching techniques.
- Run training: Organize small workshops or training sessions to improve teacher skills.

Assessments and Student Progress
- Manage exams: Schedule unit tests, class activities, and exams,



and check question papers before printing.
- Track results: Compile grades and analyze student performance across subjects.
- Plan extra help: Create remedial learning groups for students who need extra support to catch up.

Communication and Operations
