Role Description The 5 Axis Opt. role is a full time, on-site position based in Shahabad. The individual in this role will operate and optimize 5-axis machining equipment or related steel processing machinery to produce components that meet strict quality and dimensional standards. Daily responsibilities include setting up machines, interpreting technical drawings, adjusting parameters, monitoring production, and performing routine inspections of finished parts.

The role also involves coordinating with supervisors and quality teams, maintaining production records, and ensuring safe operation of equipment in line with company procedures. Continuous improvement of machining processes, minor preventive maintenance,



and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality guidelines are central aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Experience with CNC or 5-axis machine operation, including setup, parameter adjustment, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and material properties related to Tool Steel, High Speed Steel, Plastic Mould Steel, and Alloy Steel.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, dimensional inspection, and documentation aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Basic computer literacy for operating machine interfaces and maintaining production logs.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow safety protocols, and willingness to work in a structured manufacturing environment.
- Relevant technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical, production, or machining disciplines; prior experience in steel processing or tooling is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams on-site.
