We are seeking a visionary DFT Staff Engineer to own, design, and sign off on complex Design-for-Test (DFT) architectures for our next-generation SoCs/IPs. Balance performance, power, and cost while ensuring world-class manufacturability.

Experience: 7+ Years of DFT / ASIC experience

What You Will Do:

- Architecture: Define test methodologies (Scan, MBIST, Boundary Scan, Compression) early in the RTL flow.
- Implementation: Execute scan insertion, ATPG pattern generation, and validate DFT timing constraints (STA).
- Signoff & Quality: Run DRC checks, optimize test costs/time, and drive clean DFT sign-off.
- Silicon Bring-up: Support post-silicon debug, tester failures, and yield improvement.

What You Bring:

- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Scan, ATPG, MBIST/LBIST, and JTAG (IEEE 1149.1).
- Tools & Scripting: Proficiency in Synopsys/Cadence/Siemens tools (TestMAX, Tessent, Modus) + TCL/Python/Perl.
- Education: BSEE/MSEE or equivalent.
