Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior 3D Visualizer with at least 5 years of experience to join our design team. In this role, you will transform architectural blueprints, SketchUp models, and design concepts into photo-realistic renders, immersive visual tours, and cutting-edge visual presentations.

The ideal candidate possesses deep mastery of SketchUp and D5 Render, alongside proven expertise in integrating up-to-date AI architectural tools (such as LookX, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Krea AI) to accelerate design exploration and produce hyper-realistic marketing visuals.

Key Responsibilities

- 3D Modeling & Scene Setup: Construct high-precision 3D models of exterior and interior architectural spaces using SketchUp from 2D AutoCAD drawings, hand sketches, or BIM models.
- Rendering & Animation: Utilize D5 Render to develop photorealistic exterior/interior still renderings, 360° panoramas, and high-impact architectural walkthrough animations with dynamic lighting, realistic texturing, and realistic environmental scattering.
- AI Tool Integration: Leverage AI-powered architectural tools to speed up early-stage moodboarding, massing studies, material iterations, texture generation, and visual post-processing.
- Lighting & Texturing: Apply realistic materials, PBR textures, custom shaders, and lighting setups (natural daylight, artificial lighting, HDRI) to evoke specific moods and architectural aesthetics.
- Post-Production: Enhance rendered images and animations using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects for final presentation and marketing deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intents, meet project deadlines, and incorporate visual feedback effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural 3D visualization (Architectural, Interior, or Real Estate Sector).
- SketchUp Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SketchUp (3D modeling, asset library management, scene organization, and plugin workflows).
- D5 Render Expertise: Mastery of D5 Render for high-end still images, lighting environments, custom materials, asset scattering, and real-time animation video creation.
- AI Architectural Tools: Demonstrated experience using AI visual tools (e.g., LookX, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or D5 AI features) for conceptualization, texture creation, and post-rendering enhancement.
- Post-Production: Solid skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Lightroom).
- Architectural Understanding: Strong grasp of scale, proportion, spatial relationships, materials, camera composition, architectural lighting, and color theory.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior renders and animations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience with additional modeling tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or Rhino) is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing and sound syncing for architectural walkthrough reels.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
