Job Summary

BMC Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Head to lead business development, generate new leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the construction, PEB, industrial shed, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Identify current business opportunities and potential clients.
- Meet architects, consultants, contractors, industrial clients, and corporate customers.
- Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and project presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project teams for project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction, PEB, steel structures, or industrial projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and project visits.
