- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Support the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve system capabilities and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and business rules within Oracle Siebel.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Siebel with other enterprise systems.
- Competence in performance tuning and optimization of Siebel applications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
