WE ARE HIRING - CROSS-BORDER CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Job Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
Shift: Monthly Rotational (24/7)
Key Responsibilities:
~Handle customer queries from US and UK customers through calls, chats, or other communication channels.
~Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
~Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear information and appropriate resolutions.
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: 20,000 - 38,000 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: 5,000 - 7,000
- Pick & Drop Cab Facility available
What Were Looking For:
- Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates who are comfortable working in night shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the company's hiring requirements.
