Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for permanent, contract, and C2H positions within the IT industry.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to continuously improve recruitment methods.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or technical recruitment (IT staffing).
- Solid understanding of permanent staffing, contract staffing, C2H models in India's domestic IT market.
- Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical roles across various industries.
