We are hiring Telesales Executive for the Inbound Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls related to Multiple Products and providing accurate, empathetic, and timely support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Upsell/Cross sell the products .
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call quality, compliance, and documentation.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Deliver skilled and courteous customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-3 Years of experience in voice process required.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- 23,000in-hand
- 6 days working
- Rotational shifts
