Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Manage the sales team AMs FLS and BM for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
- Manage joint call with sales team generate business.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Develop and manage an effective distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Investigate sales call, lead generation activities, investigate customer claim.
- Follow rule regulation and compliance monitoring in the team.
- Verify customer documents, investigate claims.
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the performance.




- Coordinate with sales operation team to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business revenue.
- Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team.
- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- Provide trainings, educational workshops and opportunities for enhancing career growth of employees.
- Plan and implement corporate activities; organize corporate sales activities.
- Meeting with HR and decision maker of the corporate company.
- Give feedback on the performance of sales and sales teams.
