Responsibilities

- Handling a team of Branch Managers; they will also be handling the FLS team.
- Achieving all the given targets well on time, ensuring achievements in various contests along with the achievements of the team members in their levels of promotion too.
- Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
- Manage joint calls with the sales team and generate business.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Develop and manage an effective distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Investigate sales calls and lead generation activities; investigate customer claims.
- Follow rules and regulations and monitor compliance in the team.
- Verify customer documents, investigate claims, and provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve performance.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to enhance sales performance.
- Meet with HR and decision makers of the corporate company.
- Provide feedback on the performance of the sales teams.
