Job Summary

We have an urgent openings for the position of Regional Head with most of the leading life Insurance companies in Banca Vertical.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing a team of 3-5 Area Managers, who will further manage Branch Managers and Sales Managers.
- Managing the region portfolio of channel partners/bank branches.
- Develop and sustain relationships across all channel partner key stakeholders right from national leadership to branch level, ensuring all support items, value addition, structured training, and governance meets in place across geographies to over achieve key elements and business objectives.
- Business planning and execution excellence with channel partner to achieve benchmark unit penetration, value penetration, loan coverage ratio.
- Strategizing over all business plans and field activities/drives with senior management of channel partners.
- Building an productive sales structure with concrete review mechanisms and sales management process to improve market share and over achieve the annual plan for business.
- Ensuring healthy product mix delivery and persistency targets across all channel partners.
