Hiring: Fresher Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
We are looking for a Semi Qualified CS (with a valid membership number) for our corporate office in Pitampura, Delhi and Chennai.
Requirements:
Fresher CS or 1+ year experience in ROC, MCA filings, and compliance for group-owned companies.
Robust knowledge of company law and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Handling ROC/MCA filings, statutory compliance, and corporate governance.
Assisting in board meetings, documentation, and regulatory reports.
Salary: As per industry standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
