Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
- Communicate professionally through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Manage and respond to multiple email inboxes efficiently.
- Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely Inventory fulfillment.
- Handle customer queries, changes, confirmations, and issue resolution.
- Use sound judgment and creative problem-solving to resolve customer situations.
- Protect company margins and identify commercially sensible solutions.
- Maintain accuracy across customer, ticket, pricing, and transaction details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid telephone etiquette and confidence in handling US customers.
- Good email-writing and inbox-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think quickly and work independently.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and general computer applications.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
