Job SummarySolution Architect - Digital Finance LabRole Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Digital Finance, Payments, and Digital Asset solutions. The role will own solution architecture end-to-end, from requirement discovery through implementation, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Working across Product, Engineering, Security, Operations, Data, Enterprise Architecture, and external technology providers, you will translate evolving business requirements into practical and implementable technology solutions while providing architectural leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Delivery

- Own end-to-end solution architecture for assigned initiatives from discovery through implementation and production readiness.
- Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs), architecture decisions, integration designs, and solution roadmaps.
- Define business processes, customer journeys, system interactions, data flows, integrations, and operational requirements.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with approved architecture and strategic objectives.

Digital Finance & Platform Design

- Design solutions spanning payments, settlement, tokenisation,



digital assets, distributed ledger technologies, and emerging financial products.
- Define integration models across banking systems, customer channels, payment platforms, custody providers, and ledger technologies.
- Establish transparent ownership boundaries, data responsibilities, and reconciliation processes.

Application, Integration & Cloud Architecture

- Design cloud-native, API-led, and event-driven solutions.
- Define microservice boundaries, messaging patterns, orchestration, workflow, and data ownership models.
- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including security, resilience, scalability, observability, recoverability, and performance.
- Promote reuse of platform capabilities and architectural patterns.

Governance & Leadership

- Lead architecture reviews, design approvals, risk assessments, and governance discussions.
- Identify and manage architectural risks, decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and technical debt.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
- Communicate architecture options and trade-offs effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
