Job Title: Senior Technical Lead - Teamcenter Development & C++ Development
Location: Pune, India
Experience: 6-8 Years

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with solid expertise in Siemens Teamcenter Development and C++ Development to lead the design, development, customization, and integration of Teamcenter PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Teamcenter server-side development, Active Workspace development, data modeling, integrations, and technical leadership. The role requires collaboration with global stakeholders, mentoring development teams, and driving high-quality solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Teamcenter-based PLM solutions.
- Architect and develop Teamcenter development and customization using ITK, BMIDE, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC).
- Develop and maintain robust C++ applications, libraries, and Teamcenter server-side extensions.
- Design and implement workflows, handlers, exits, custom business objects, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose scalable technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and performance optimization activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including PLM, CAD, ERP, and Digital Manufacturing stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive sprint deliverables.

- Experience in Teamcenter integrations using REST APIs, SOA, or middleware platforms.

Secondary Skills

- Java/Spring Boot development.
- XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL.
- Teamcenter Manufacturing knowledge (MPP/MBOM/Easy Plan) is an added advantage.
- Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps.
- Linux/Windows administration exposure.
- Knowledge of CAD integrations (NX, Creo, CATIA).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Teamcenter development and PLM implementations.
- Experience working in global delivery models and Agile environments.
