Job Summary

Temenos Testing Lead to own the End-to-End Quality Assurance program for our core banking deployments. The candidate will define the QA strategy covering functional, regression, integration, performance, and automation testing.

Core Responsibilities

- QA Strategy & Execution: Author the Master Test Plan spanning System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and Performance Testing.
- Automation Frameworks: Drive the shift towards automated regression testing using tools like Temenos Continuous Deployment (TCD) or generic tools (Selenium, Tosca).
- Defect Triage: Lead daily defect triage meetings with business analysts, implementation vendors, and developers to ensure swift resolutions.
- COB Testing: Validate the integrity of Close of Business (COB) runs and batch processing performance.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years in software QA, with 5+ years managing QA teams specifically for Temenos Core Banking.
- Deep functional understanding of Temenos core flows (Arrangement Architecture, Payments, Accounting Ledger).
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, ALM) and automated regression frameworks.
