At Toyota Automated Logistics, the Spare Parts Order Management Supervisor – Pune is responsible for the full execution of the Spare Parts Order Management function while providing day-to-day leadership and coordination of the Pune-based Order Management team. The role combines operational expertise with people and organizational leadership, acting as the primary link between the global Spare Parts organization and the Pune team. The Supervisor ensures alignment of processes, priorities, capacity, quality, and performance across locations while taking local organizational requirements, legislation, cultural aspects, and business needs into consideration. The position reports directly to the Spare Parts Director Germany and serves as the primary escalation and communication channel between the Pune team and the global Spare Parts organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

- Perform all responsibilities of the Spare Parts Order Management Specialist role.
- Manage quotations, order processing, replenishment, dropshipment, warranty, repair, consignment, pricing, and customer support activities.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities and support issue resolution.
- Maintain item, customer, project, and pricing master data.
- Support customers and stakeholders through Webshop, Maximo, API, and ERP-related processes.
- Drive operational excellence, data quality, service performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leadership & Organizational Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to the Pune Spare Parts Order Management team.




- Act as the primary interface between the Pune team and the Spare Parts Director Germany.
- Translate strategic objectives, priorities, and process changes into operational execution within the Pune team.
- Escalate operational challenges, resource needs, and improvement opportunities to the global Spare Parts leadership.
- Ensure consistent application of global Spare Parts processes, standards, and KPIs.
- Coordinate workload balancing, resource planning, knowledge sharing, and cross-training activities within the Pune team.
- Support onboarding, training, competence development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive adherence to quality, compliance, and operational standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Pune and international stakeholders.
- Manage local organizational topics while considering local regulations, labor practices, cultural requirements, and business conditions.
- Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to the development of the global-for-local Spare Parts operating model.

Reporting Structure

- Reports to: Spare Parts Director Germany
- Direct responsibility for: Pune Spare Parts Order Management Team
- Functional collaboration with: Logistics, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Service Operations, IT, and Customer Support Teams globally
