Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality.- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project delivery.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align technical efforts with business priorities.

Qualified & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.- Strong experience with front-end technologies including Java

Script frameworks and libraries.- Hands on experience in Java + Spring Boot + Microservices + React Js + AWS- In-depth knowledge of back-end development, including server-side programming and database management.- Familiarity with software architecture principles and design patterns to build scalable Experience in implementing performance optimization and ensuring application security.- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
