Profile Summary

Lead daily manufacturing operations for double-wall stainless steel vacuum insulated flasks and tumblers. You will drive shift output, minimize scrap, and ensure optimal thermal insulation performance across deep drawing, welding, vacuum brazing, and finishing lines.
Key Responsibilities :

* Line Execution: Manage end-to-end production stages: sheet blanking, deep drawing, laser/TIG welding, high-vacuum furnace brazing, and final assembly.
* Process Optimization: Drive daily output to hit OEE, cycle time, and yield targets; reduce WIP bottlenecks using 5S and Lean methods.
* Quality & Testing: Supervise inline vacuum-integrity testing (infrared inspection and hot water bath); resolve shell thinning, weld porosity, and vacuum failure defects.
* Tooling & Upkeep: Partner with maintenance to troubleshoot hydraulic presses, dies, automated welding jigs, and vacuum systems.
* Shop-Floor Leadership: Supervise shift operators, ensure line balancing, and enforce SOPs and plant safety standards.
Requirements :

* Education: B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
* Experience: 3+ years in sheet metal forming or deep drawing; direct vacuum flask/drinkware manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Solid grasp of SS304/SS316 deep drawing,



laser/TIG welding, vacuum furnace operations, and leak detection.
* Core Competencies: Practical root-cause analysis (5-Why, 8D), shift leadership, and mechanical troubleshooting.
