Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; / Commercial Finance qualified to drive financial planning, business performance management, commercial insights and decision support.

The role will partner closely with business and operational teams to connect financial performance with business, market and operational drivers. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FP&A;, Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain/Operations Finance, budgeting, forecasting and P&L; management.

Experience in FMCG/CPG, Grocery Retail, Retail, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Logistics or other supply-chain-driven businesses is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Performance & FP&A;

- Support alignment of long-term and short-term financial plans with business objectives.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and rolling outlook processes.
- Analyze financial and operational performance and identify key business drivers.
- Standardize planning, reporting and performance-management processes.
- Translate business and market movements into actionable financial insights.

2. Commercial & Business Performance
- Partner with business teams to understand revenue, cost, margin and profitability drivers.
- Prepare and analyze P&L;, revenue, cost and profitability reports.
- Perform Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) and margin analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Support pricing, product mix, channel and profitability decisions.

3. Supply Chain & Operations Finance




- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams on financial performance.
- Integrate demand, supply, inventory, production and financial planning.
- Analyze supply-chain costs, working capital, inventory and operational KPIs.
- Support S&OP; / IBP processes with financial analysis and scenario modelling.
- Evaluate cost drivers, capacity constraints, supply disruptions and operational trade-offs.
- Provide financial insights on inventory, logistics, procurement and manufacturing performance.

4. Scenario Analysis & Decision Support
- Develop financial scenarios based on changes in demand, pricing, costs and supply.
- Perform sensitivity and what-if analysis to support business decisions.
- Assess the financial impact of operational and commercial changes.
- Support strategic decisions through clear financial analysis and recommendations.

5. Performance Management
- Support business target setting and KPI tracking.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Provide analytical support on revenue, cost, margin, working capital and profitability.
- Prepare management-level financial narratives and performance insights.

6. Reporting & Systems
- Build and maintain financial and business performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting processes.
- Use Advanced Excel for financial modelling and analysis.




- Work with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP systems.
- Experience with SAP SAC, Power BI or similar CPM/BI tools is preferred.
