Administer and maintain enterprise storage environments based on HPE EVA, HPE Alletra, and HPE Nimble Storage.

Provision storage volumes, LUNs, snapshots, and replication as per business requirements.

Monitor storage performance, availability, and capacity utilization.

Perform storage allocation, expansion, migration, and decommissioning activities.

Troubleshoot storage-related incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

Implement and manage storage replication and disaster recovery solutions.

Coordinate with server, virtualization, database, backup, and application teams for storage requirements.

Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.

Ensure storage environments meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

Support backup and recovery operations integrated with storage platforms.

Prepare and maintain storage documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Participate in infrastructure upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.

Provide L2/L3 support for storage-related issues and service requests.
