Job Summary

Seasoned Project Manager (Temenos Core Banking) to spearhead end-to-end core banking implementation and upgrade projects for our global banking clients. The candidate will be responsible for governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring the seamless delivery of Temenos modules within stipulated timelines.

Core Responsibilities

- End-to-End Governance: Direct full-lifecycle Temenos implementations from scoping/gap analysis through to go-live.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between C-level banking executives, Temenos product teams, and third-party system integrators.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, manage critical dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.




- Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets, track resource utilization, and guide a cross-functional team of technical and functional consultants.

Key Requirements

- 15+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 8+ years successfully managing large-scale Temenos core banking transformations (e.g., Transact/T24, Infinity, Wealth).
- Deep understanding of Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM) or Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and multi-vendor ecosystems.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
