About the Role:
The
Vice President, HR Strategy, Analytics and Insight will shape and drive the organisation's enterprise people strategy, connecting business priorities with workforce, talent and organisational decisions.
Partnering closely with the CHRO, HR Leadership Team and senior business executives, this leader will translate business goals, workforce intelligence, market trends and competitive insights into clear HR priorities, strategic plans and measurable outcomes.
The role leads enterprise HR strategy and planning, people analytics, workforce intelligence, strategic workforce planning and key HR programmes. It will also strengthen the organisation's employer reputation through external benchmarking, employer-excellence initiatives and credible, evidence-based storytelling.

Responsibilities
Shape and Drive Enterprise HR Strategy

- Partner with the CHRO and HR Leadership Team to define and execute the enterprise HR strategy.
- Translate business goals into workforce priorities, measurable HR objectives and integrated execution plans.
- Lead HR strategic planning, including environmental scans, market trends, competitive intelligence, external benchmarks and emerging workforce practices.
- Advise senior leaders on the talent, organisation, culture and capability implications of business strategy.
- Establish measures that demonstrate the impact of HR investments on workforce outcomes, organisational effectiveness and business performance.

Lead People Analytics and Workforce Intelligence

- Set the global People Analytics and Workforce Intelligence strategy, moving the function from reporting to predictive insight and strategic advisory.
- Deliver actionable intelligence across workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, skills, mobility, engagement, rewards,



performance and organisational health.
- Integrate internal workforce data with external market and talent intelligence to identify risks, opportunities and future workforce implications.
- Lead strategic workforce planning, scenario modelling and deep-dive studies on priority talent and organisational challenges.
- Build trusted executive scorecards, dashboards and self-service analytics that improve the quality and speed of decision-making.
- Strengthen workforce data quality, governance, consistency and privacy.

Advise and Influence Executive Decisions

- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO, HR Leadership Team, HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence and business executives.
- Translate complex data and market intelligence into clear recommendations, executive narratives and practical business actions.
- Facilitate strategic discussions that challenge assumptions, clarify choices and align leaders around workforce priorities.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design targeted interventions and measure their impact.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging workforce, talent and organisational opportunities.

Lead Strategic India HR Programmes and Employer Excellence

- Oversee high-impact strategic HR programmes, with strong governance, milestones, accountability and outcome measurement.
- Lead employer-of-choice awards, culture and workforce excellence recognitions, employer-brand submissions and external benchmarking initiatives.
- Develop credible, data-led narratives that showcase the organisation's culture, talent practices and workforce strengths.
- Use external assessments and benchmarks to identify improvement priorities and strengthen organisational practices.

Advance AI and Analytics Capabilities

- Drive the responsible adoption of advanced analytics, visualisation and AI-enabled workforce intelligence.
- Build a scalable, user-focused analytics ecosystem that provides leaders and HR teams with timely, trusted and actionable insights.
- Apply a product mindset to analytics solutions, focusing on adoption, user experience and measurable business value.

Lead a High-Performing Global Team

- Lead and develop a high-performing team across India and the United States, building strategic, analytical and consulting capabilities while fostering accountability, collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

- 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership responsibility across HR strategy, people analytics, workforce planning, talent intelligence or related disciplines.
- Proven experience shaping and executing HR strategy in a complex, global organisation.
- Demonstrated success in building or scaling a People Analytics, Workforce Insights or Talent Intelligence capability.
- Strong business and commercial acumen,



with the ability to connect workforce decisions to organisational priorities and business performance.
- Deep expertise in workforce analytics, strategic workforce planning, data visualisation, external intelligence and insight-led consulting.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives, facilitate strategic discussions and translate complex information into clear business action.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams, including coaching talent, building capability and creating high-performing teams.
- Strong programme leadership and governance skills, with experience managing enterprise initiatives and external benchmarking or employer-recognition programmes.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, storytelling, stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
